• The Miscarriage Support Program

helping you to feel better, any time of day and night

  • If you've had a miscarriage you might be feeling heart-broken, shaken and desolate

and it's possible that you might be blaming yourself.

  • The Miscarriage Support Program

has been designed to help you in exactly this situation, so that we can make it as easy and painless for you as possible.

It's a series of online “tap-along” videos, which you can watch from the comfort of your own home. You will be supported by someone who's been through it, and who can help you to feel better, gently and easily.

    Benefits include...

    • reducing the intensity of painful and upsetting emotions, leaving you feeling soothed, peaceful, and more in control
    • helping you to feel calmer, and sleep better
    • kindly and gently easing the grieving process
    • giving you a powerful and effective self-help tool which you can use in a wide range of circumstances to help you feel better, any time you need it
    • helping you feel able to deal with the uncertainty, anxiety and the emotional rollercoaster of trying to (and becoming) pregnant again, if that is what you choose, leaving you feeling happier, more confident and more at ease.
  • “Thank you so much. I'm already calmer, more peaceful and more contained.”

    Jill, Cambridge

  • “I just wanted to say how much I valued your video. I found your presentation style so very calming, it was clear, simple and practical. I was left with a good basic understanding and feeling confident to use the technique. In fact I’ve been using it today. Thank you.”

    PL, London

  • How the Miscarriage Support Program works...

The Program consists of 19 “tap-along” videos, each one addressing a different aspect of recovering emotionally after a miscarriage.

    These “tap-along” videos use EFT

(Emotional Freedom Techniques) which is a powerful and effective self-help tool.*

All you have to do is watch the videos and copy me, tapping on your head and hands in the places that I do.

(I know that if you're unfamiliar with "tapping" this might sound really strange! - but it's very effective, and it does work.)

The Miscarriage Support Video Program is simple, safe and easy to use. You can “tap-along” with me from the comfort and privacy of your own home, any time that’s convenient for you.

You don’t have to concentrate or focus on anything. Just watching and copying the tapping will help you to feel peaceful and more at ease.

  • “Thank you so much for this video! It made me feel very relaxed and sleepy. It also helped me to realize that the grieving process is much longer than I thought - in my case, 5 months after my second miscarriage. Also the words that you used really are the right ones to tell yourself in this situation. Directly to the point. Thanks a lot!!!"

    Maaseja, London

  • “Can I just say what a gift you have given me. I’ve just taken the time to do the tapping video ‘I’m not to blame for my miscarriage.’ Oh my word emotions, that came up even though it was 5 years ago. This is going to be huge for me. Thank you xxxx"

    Anna, San Francisco

  • “Doing ok at the moment. I am tapping like mad! It seems to be keeping me very level at the moment. Best thing I ever did.”

    JB, Norwich

  • You can use the “tap-along” videos as many times as you like

...from the comfort of your own home, sitting in your car in your lunch break, or anywhere that you have a mobile device.

  • “After my miscarriage I found it very hard to move on, and come to terms with things. Feelings of loss, anger, bitterness and failure would invade my thoughts and I found it hard to feel 'on the ball' with life.

    Rosalind’s techniques helped dramatically.

Her sympathetic and proactive approach enabled me to learn to deal with these thoughts and feelings myself… (it) was a real turning point in my healing process.”
